Rates quoted are on a 7 night stay Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed. Reservation confirmed on receipt of 33% booking deposit. Refundable security deposit of €90 payable on arrival. Electricity and heating are metered and payable on departure Deposit payment to be made by euro bankers draft or bankers cheque please. Payments can also be wired electronically to the bank account (€20 charge applies per booking) Please E-mail us regarding details. Credit Cards NOT accepted. Possession of house must be between 4pm and 7pm on arrival and house to be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
