Both bedrooms provide generous size ensuite facilities. One bedroom has a double and single bed with ensuite toilet, wash basin and bath also contains a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom contains a king size bed ensuite facilities including electric shower, toilet and wash basin. Both bedrooms are elegantly furnished with builtin maghony furniture. All bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge. A cot is availble on requist.

The sittingroom is tastefully furnished with quality furniture creating a warm cosy athmoshere. It features an open fireplace set in an oakwood period surround, T.V., video player, CD player, dining table and chairs with sofa and armchairs.

At the back of the house is the sunlounge. It contains dining table and chairs and lounge sofa. This sofa can convert into a bed which can accommodate one adult. The sunlounge opens out onto a well kept garden with patio and garden furniture. A barbacue is available for them warm Summer evenings.

The kitchen contains oakwood units and is fully equipped with full sets of cultery, delph and the everyday cooking utensils. It also contains oil fired range, electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee filter machine.

In the utility room you will find a washing machine dryer, itoning facilities, sink and cupbords, fridge and freezer. A hallway leads to toilet, porch ans side entrance. The heating in the house is provided by the oil fired Stanley range in the kitchen, guests can easily control the level of heating required.
